The Bricton Group's role is to help our clients make more informed decisions. We offer resources, which can maximize income for a hotel.

From both service industry and real estate perspectives, our total focus on the hospitality industry permits us to give clients undivided attention, tailoring our services to specific needs.
These are some of the services we provide:

• On-site management and operation:  Bricton will staff and efficiently operate a hotel property under contract with present ownership or new purchases.
• Site evaluation:  Bricton's staff will evaluate a site for potential purchase, development or rehabilitation. Market demand studies and pro forma financials are provided. Computer modeling techniques allow clients to vary assumptions and compare alternatives. Feasibility studies enable clients to properly assess potential or developing projects.
• Hotels in distress:  We provide analysis, evaluation and recommendations to aid in making the right decisions on troubled properties.
• Funding Resources:  Buyers or sellers of properties can use The Bricton Group to help identify financial resources not available through typical management and consulting companies. Bricton's close ties to the financial industry-particularly investment banking, pension funds and overseas investors-are used for the benefit of clients.
• The lending process:  Bricton's services are helpful to both financial institutions and investor groups. Due diligence investigations validate critical information, and we can represent organizations during lending discussions. Analytical reports assist the financial institution in loan determination.
